Ujjwal Sharma filed complaint against SBI on Jun 6, 2020
I visited a SBI branch in tilak nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan to open a saving account and meet an staff member. She was a lady staff when i asked her to open a saving account , she asked for PAN card and aadhar card and I provided these things to her, she checked and found it fine But she said that i have to open a SBI group accidental policy of RS **** and It is must otherwise saving account will not be opened.
I said that i already have an other accidental policy so i do not need it but she did not consider and kept telling same thing.
I was very disappointed by her reply and went to manager to tell him about this but he was also supporting her and saying "Karla lo Yaar".
I am very disappointed by these branch.
