I took Byjus premium for my two children .I paid my EMI regularly . I paid ***** approximately. my son is studying **th class( cbse).while he is try to open the course it asks pin to open. Last **days he facing these problem.so many times I called helpline. I did not receive any call back. Iam very sorry to say that worst service from Byjus . please rectify my problem or refund my money that which I have paid.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
