House of beauty - Not issuing refund

I ordered two products at sale and prepaid amount. Later on i requested them to buy only one and refund for second. They said they wont refund , then i was compelled to buy tghe other item.
Then i requested them to change the second product il buy something else. They asked me to pay ***rs extra for transportation. After paying they demanded extra cash for the same product . They say sale is over we cant give u at that price.
There are some minute details too. Will explain that over call.
