Indiabulls Dhani - Not issuing refund

I have maintained amount on my Bank correctly, but Dhani failed to deduct the amount and charged me Rs.*** as bouncing charge. Due there fault, Bank charged me Rs.*** as Bouncing Cheque charges.

I have paid manually on *th itself according to the guidance of Dhani Executive and he promised me that they will remove that charges and refund my Bouncing charges if incase it charged.

Now my issue is If I have paid on *th, why you have charged Bouncing charges and If I paid on *th why you have again issued cheque on **th.

I have foreclosed my loan by paying every charge. So, at any cost I want my money of Rs.*** that was illegally charged by you and Rs.**** (*** two times) into my Paytm within tomorrow.

Otherwise I will suitcide myself and mention all the issue and frauds that was made by you to me.
