FPSB INDIA https www fpsb org - Not issuing Certificate Diploma after Exam

I Enrolled for the fpsb Exam for Level * in Dec **** where Board declared me unsuccessful. When asked for my exam sheet they were Initially not ready to provide it. Later after so many correspondences over email they tell me to pay again for evaluation which cost again nearly **** Rs. I keep asking them for my answer sheets so that I can see where my exam went wrong as I have given the best exam as per, I feel. Then after so many correspondences, they provide a bar chart which reveals nothing on a scorecard. Still I tried to read the Bar chart and after seeing it carefully I got astonished that I got nearly **% number (they did not tell anything despite so many requests ) out of *** still I was declared unsuccessful by the board. I keep emailing them to declare me successful, but they keep replying we take your request as under process and took time till **.**.****. When this deadline also passes, I keep emailing them for an update on the result, but they still do not reply anything. In between, I keep emailing them, but they only say it is under process. As a result, the process got delayed day by day. Now I like to draw attention to what is going on this Board. *. They only matter about money for this reason they intentionally fail students so that they can again enrol for the Exam and again take money from the candidates. If in this process any candidate passes * levels beyond * year, they again have money in their pocket for renewal. As a result, the course which is itself *.* lacs almost will become nearly * lacs. *. Students are thinking they have been given a bad Exam but their money game going on inside the board. Students read (mostly work persons) very hard after their day's work in the office and Board fails them intentionally for that reason they not providing scorecards also to the students. *. The more time you gave the same exam by reading and burning your brain the more money Board can have in their pocket. Now I need the following resolution immediately as I feel I became trapped in this money-making corrupt practice by the board. *. Immediately declare me successful in Level * as I have scored approx. **% out of *** in the Dec Exam. *. Kindly Take action against all corrupt officials who involve in the process of failing the students intentionally and enrol for the same exam many times despite they have given the best exam. *.
