Huskydusky com - Not issued my refund for cancelled order

I had ordered a wristwatch from huskydusky.com amounting to ₹****. I had cancelled my order before it was shipped and was assured of my refund by a week time. Now it's more than a month and still I have not received any refund. I try calling and I am told that I will be receiving my refund by evening, but still I have not received any refund.
