www passwordrevelator net - Not Issue refund

On *-**-**** I purchased a software (Pass Finder) online from the website https://www.passwordrevelator.net with a amount of $**. After purchase I tried to install software on my laptop. This was a zip file and when I tried to extract with winRar it asked for password. I neither get any password during the purchase nor any email regarding purchase. After that I contact to their customer care and told them about the issue. They have told me when you purchase the software there was a password on confirmation page. But I didn't see any paasword on confirmation page. I asked them for solution. They told me that you have to purchase the software again to get the password. I refused to purchase it and I request them for refund as per their refund policy (** days money back guarantee). Now when I request for refund they didn't reply anymore. I have dropped many mails but I have not received any response from them.
