royal sundaram health insurance - Not increasing sum insured

My Policy Number is HCE******* royal Sundaram health insurance. In this
policy, two-member cover my father and my sister. My father sum insured is * lac
and sister sum insured is * lac. I have given request for my sister sum insured enhancement request * lac to * lac. They denied my request reason of taken cashless claim this year. She never hospitalised since I am this. Policy running from ****. I have not taken any claim since I am running this policy. Kindly look into this matter.
