Ro Care India - Not Honored AMC and charged money illegally

Our RO is still in AMC and they visited the home and said we dont honor the AMC in **th month and you have to pay for repairs. Whereas AMC document clearly says it is ** months from date of issuance of bill/invoice.
It is like a health insurance company deny your hospitalization in **th month saying in **-month policy we only cover for ** month.
Just highly unethical behavior and very rude call center staff.
RO Care India is a Fraudulent organization which do not honor its AMC and if you call them in **th month they do not come and if come they charge for everything. AMC clearly tell ** month but they stop honoring after ** month.
