youtube creator - Not Helping me recovering my account for years

Facebook had and have worst support service. I had lost my phone like few years ago. My fb acc was linked to google authenticator so I had to use that code to log in to FB. but due to the phone being gone, I had only accessed my Gmail account. so I've mailed about these issues. they said to click a pic with Gmail code and your face, which I did , but didn't get any thing back no access, nothing. also while complaining first time they asked id proof. so basically they violated this and also now have access to my id proof.
