Simpex school private limited - Not got the service

I was watching a YouTube video and a ad came as it usually does in that ad a young boy (Jeet shah)was selling a course for Instagram theme and I went ahead saw his video and enrolled for the course as soon as I paid the money via google pay Rs** I was landed on a website page stating (WAIT! YOUR ORDER IS YET NOT COMPLETE !!!)
And there was one video of the same person who was selling the course stating that I have a surprise for you and I am giving this one more course for that pay me *** that means I have paid the money which **rs and I will get nothing if I don't buy the further attached course which he didn't mentioned earlier doing this gimic he is scaming people as I just took the course which was of **rs and I thought to give it a try and now he asks me to pay more ***rs Kindly help me and many other people who must getting scam in this online fraud by peoples I want my money refund as I am not getting any service from it.
