Ahuja Construction - Not got possession of flat

Sarita Menon filed complaint against Ahuja Construction on May 17, 2019

I had booked flat with Ahuja Construction in **** and as per agreement, I was supposed to get possession in ****. But to date, there is no information from the builder. They are not responding to my calls nor to my emails. Pathetic service and will not refer anyone to go with this builder. I don't want this property kindly buy back it and refund my full amount with compensation. The interest which I had paid for * years of time. If I don't get a solution will have to take up the matter with RERA.
