Astropay - Not giving withdrawal

Hello, there is an application named as Astropay, I've used this application to deposit my funds on IC Markets. First I've deposited *** USD to Astropay and then from IC Markets I've requested Astropay to deposit the *** USD and then finally i got deposited my funds to IC Markets through Astropay. IC Markets is forex market broker. I've gain some profit on IC Markets and then I've made a withdrawal request from IC Markets. The procedure for withdrawal is as same as deposit process. When the withdrawal request is accepted by IC Markets they give our withdrawal funds into Astropay account and then I've to log in to Astropay account by using website or application and then I've to withdraw directly from wallet to my bank account. So I make a **$ withdrawal request on IC Markets, they've approved my request and sent my requested amount to Astropay. Then I log in to my Astropay account and **$ amount was received. I tried to withdraw my funds from Astropay and unfortunately there was no service available to get my funds as there was two options to withdraw one is UPI service and the other is bank transfer service but both of these options was unavailable and till now it is unavailable only. I got panic, I've approached for help and sent many mails to Astropay contact for support and solve my problem but there was no response for many days. There was an option in Astropay application named with Exchange currency. I thought I've to exchange the recieved currency to my INR so that I can withdraw my funds. Then by using that option I've exchanged the currency to INR and again tried to withdraw again unfortunately I was facing same issue. Then again I converted back INR to USD when I was not getting any solution infact Astropay has charged almost *$ for this exchanging currency USD to INR and again INR to USD. Now my current balance in Astropay account is **$. Surprisingly, now the withdrawal option which I've to withdraw funds on Astropay was totally disabled and now I was unable to select that option as it was completely disabled. Then again I approached for help by sending mails, many days later they responded they've not doing any withdrawals to my country(India) and they're saying that they can't give my funds. If this was the Matter then why did they took funds for deposit??? Depositing is accepted but at the time of withdrawal they don't do any withdrawal to our country. How strange it is....... I'm seriously like how cheap fraudsters they're. I've each and every screenshot of the deposited ***USD funds and the amount of **$ in Astropay and also the screenshot of disabled withdrawal option. One more terrifying thing is that now they've updated application and now there is no withdraw option available in Astropay as they've completely removed that option from Astropay.
I request you people to look into this matter, I know the amount is not so huge to take it seriously but there are many others in Astropay who are getting cheated by these dirty gaming tactics of Astropay team. I request any higher authorities to take a legal action against them and try to stop their services all over the world and remove the application from playstore as it is doing fraud for many people.
