Bridgestone India Private Limited - not giving tyre warranty

I bought * tyres on ** May ****, from Dealer Lalit Auto Tyres Tyres, Jaipur for my car BMW X* with the size of ***/** RF**. It got defect in one tyre in such a short span of two months. I didn't expect such poor quality product from a big brand. After that I contacted dealer for warranty claim but he refused to provide claim. When I insist him to claim he told there is not a single tyre in stock over all India. I got shock that such a big company is not holding a single tyre in entire India. I am not expecting this from you. Now either claim my tyre on priority basis else provide me refund so I can get my tyres from another brand. I contacted company they refused to provide claim as they told its me who did this. they telling that due to pathhole it got defect however there is not mark of path hole on tyre or rim. its only side lining faulted and according to company it also happens due to mis application of tyre from dealer side. now both of them dealer or company helping. company saying dealer fault and dealer saying company falut if car got impact and trye damaged than there would be a impact on tyre rim too but nothing is there
