Nyyka - Not giving refund

I have ordered items of jeva scrub, gel and massage cream on ** July ****.when I did not get my ordered items of rs. ***, I complaint on nyyka customer care no, and they told me to wait. After wainting for so many days, I again complained on nyyka and they told me that my order is damaged and it would be returned to seller and after that you will get your refund within ** business hours. After that time period , I am daily complaining for refund but they are not giving back. One full month has passed waiting for my refund. Ra. *** is a big ammount for me. And they are mentally torturing me by putting my call on hold whenever I ask for refund. I never expect such fraud from such a reknown online shopping site.
