Travalook in - NOT GIVING REFUND

I made booking for my wife on the website of Travalook.in on **Jun for sector GAU-CCU on Air India. Immediately after making the payment I got message from their website that the booking has been cancelled (REF*********). Since than I have been following up on email as well as through calls but they are not processing the refund and giving false hope that it will be done in *-* days. I was suppose to get the refund in ** working days time frame but it is now more than a month. They are not responding to my emails as well. They are a very well knitted fraud company and this is the modus operandy where in they will take the money and immediately cancel the booking. Please help me out to get the refund back.
