We book our tickets onpaytm on Indigo flight.the it git cancelled on **. July **** so i select the option to refund on * August ****. I contacted IndiGo and he said that he has refund to paytam and then in contact PAYTM he said it will be refunded with in * days . Then in again contact him on * august **** and he is saying it will take time .after that i call him every time they are only saying we can't say but it will tak time .its been ** days now we have not get any thing .they are saying they will call but no call yet . We are middle class family there was to train so we had to take flight. Our hime town is in Nepal .My grand mother health is no good so we wanted to goo . But still PAYTM is not saying anything plzz help us
