i bought a sofa(*+*) seater from royal oak vanasthalipuram branch on **-**-**** .
order no:SQ-****-********. the * seater sofa is a defect piece , for that they have replaced . the replaced piece is even more worst . Again i asked for replacement , they took it , kept with them for **days and repacked the sameone and sent . I have lost trust
on them , and asked for refund . They are not ready to give refund .
