I have registered with the company Nes Homecare & Lifestyle Services Pvt Ltd (Mychores.in). Before registering they have committed that within */* they will provide a maid. But even after **/** day, they are unable to provide the maid so I have asked for my refund. They said it will take ** days. So I waited for ** days. Even after a month, they didn't refund my money. Please help me in this case.
