Intec India Limited - Not giving proper warranty support

I was procured Intec LED TV on ** April **** with three years warranty from shopclues.com online shopping site.
Issue has been created with TV Display on ** March **** same I was informed to brand and log a case with Intec, but they told me we never sell product in * years warranty and they are unable to provide service. After was share all purchase details Then they ready to provide solution. They has arrange to visit their technician for the TV check-up .
Technician visit at home and check TV and submit the report to brand. Next day I was called to brand for my case status they told me pixel dead not cover in warranty and we can not support.
Then I called to shopclues online shopping tollfree and explained same think.
Shopclues arranged pickup for my LED TV for repairing purpose in warranty. I was sent my led tv to shopclues through gati corier (pickup arranged by shopclues).
They take near about * months for repairing and return.
Before repairing issue was with the LED Display black dot (some pixels dead),
After received the product found below issue increased.
*) Replaced Old (Different model) LED display panel.
*) Replaced display already have a pixel dead in different location.
*) Replaced Display not the same model.
*) Picture quality poor due to not replaced same model display.
*) Original product has a *D feature but not working after repairing due to replaced wrong model display.
*) TV control Keys found physically damaged after repairing.
Generally, if any deffect in parts replace same product model parts but they replaced with another model due to this picture viewing starts from the .*mm from the TV frame.
My product small issue converted into the pure scrap due to poor warranty support.

Requesting him to resolve my issue but not responding. I am feeling loss my purchased amount.
I ma suffering since last more than * months. Intec pvt ltd and Shopclest.com harassing me mentally and economical.
Need to take strong action against the both.
