Addidas - Not giving my refund since last 3 months

Due to their system fault and slow system software in Adiddas warehouse they were unable to track my return and i am waiting for the refund since last * months on **th July **** i returned the product and since after that they are just fooling me round to keep the paitence and u will get the refund
