WDHS MART - Not giving my deposit Amount

I am complaining about WDHS mart, Pu-*, plot no ***, scheme no **, A.B road., Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India Wdhs mart, indore based ayurvedic medicine selling is fraud company. Boss kundan malakar and his wife bhakti.
I had taken dealership of this company (wdhs mart) by depositing rs ***** for supplying their materials in Umbergaon Valsad according to their order and for which they send me the materials. I had joined this company in July ****. On each delivery, commission was fixed and they had promised to give ** to ** orders every month. But they were unable to complete their commitment and only he gave * orders in * month, till December. i have taken ***** thousand *% on intrest in lockdown period for doing own business & earn some
money to run my home expenses because at that time i was jobless he was (Kundan malakar ) show me big dream to earn money, Every month i am paying my pocket **** rs intrest of ***** before * month i requesting him to refund my money but he is not responding my call and msg i had call *** times then gave me **** out of ***** now he is not giving my call and message reply when i called him ** time then one time he is giving me a date and that date i was waiting when date has come then i start to calling him then again doing same thing giving me new long date till date he is not given my money please sir do some thing i am poor man.
