Parshwa Communication - Not giving mobile

I booked redmi note * pro on **th march **** at parshwa Communications , goregaon east, which is a authorised dealer of red mi brand of mobile, as per companies rule i pay **** rs in advance for booking mobile which he committed to give on **th,as it not happened, after dat it on **th,he again failed, then on **th, once again he failed, and he keep on falsely committing for * day or * day, many times he not picking my calls, no reply of wts app, every time he told dat company not send mobile, I guess by name of booking in advance he is selling the phones in black market, I told him to give me the number of your company to know whether they are giving stocks to you or not, he refuses, he just wasting my time plus as a authorised dealer he is responsible to provide mobiles behalf of company, after sitting for * month i lost my patience and i decided to lodge a complaint against him, please do some favour against this types of cheaters
