Tsspdcl - Not giving electricity connection for 3 days

Hi, I reside in flat no-*, house no *-*/* on Friday we have a fire accident due to which electricity meter is burnt off completely and we complain the same to the lineman that day itself till date we didn't receive any assistance from his end and we called him multiple times. He is responding rudely we don't have basic facilities to reside in the home. Not even water for daily use. Please kindly look into this issue and try to resolve this as soon as possible.
