Zeeves.co.in - Not giving claim of 2 years extended warranty of a tv

I had claimed on **th june,**** but till now neither they have repaired my tv nor giving me my refund.They have taken my tv after waiting for approx **-** days but they havent repaired it till date.
According to their policy term and condition-if the item cant be repaired within ** days, it will be refunded/replacement.
After ** days when i gave an email to zeeves for , according to their customer support then they just started playing by saying that sir we cant refund, it is in process.
After repeated emails for calling me, refund team is not calling me. Its been three days, they are emailing to contact me within the end of the day but no call.
kindly help me. I want justice
