Deepak Wholesale Electronics - Not giving back my token amount

I ordered a PS* from this store. Firstly the guy asked for a small token amount then asked for a bigger amount. Then when I paid it to him the tracking details he provided had lots and lots of stuff in it. I did not feel comfortable and I asked him for a refund. He said to take the items and sell it to your friends and make some money. I did not want that. I just wanted my money back which he did not want to give. He said to take my ps* console and give the rest back to the delivery guy, to which I said I will give back everything to him and I just wanted my money back. To which he said he can’t talk anymore and he’s busy. This Deepak Wholesale Electronics is a scam and they are fraudsters. It is very shady and does not feel right. I’m heartbroken that I lost money. I feel quite distressed and cheated. This scam should be shut down.
