upgrad - Not given refund

I have paid ***** for msba course as start fee. I cancelled the admission within * week back. They are supposed to give me ***** back. My admission councellor blocked me after asking for refund. Course will start on * st july. They have to refund my money back.. Other wise after * st july they will say course started.. And we cant refund the money back
