Bitbns - Not getting withdrawal

More than Rs ***** is stuck in Bitbns; they are not allowing us to withdraw our own money. It's been more than * months, and my withdrawal request is still pending. There is no update from customer care, and they have a huge difference in their marketplace. They want us to sell our crypto at a very low price so that these thieves can generate more profit by looting their own customers people trusted them invested their hard earn money and this is what they are giving us in return please help me to get my funds back
