Noise buds - Not getting warranty support from Noise

I have purchased noise earbuds and having issue of charging and connectivity in warranty period,I have registered complaint with noise with complaint No. *******.As per noise customer care their delivery partner will collect the faulty earbuds from me but not got any call from their delivery partner and complaint got closed saying i was not available.But i was waiting for call from their delivery partner and always available at the address i have provided, Again i called noise customer care and reopen the case and again they told me that their delivery partner will collect faulty earbuds from me but not got any call from their delivery partner. I am financially and mentally harassed due to this please help me in this
