Agoda customer service - Not getting the room as mentioned in voucher

I reached hotel Saluja, siliguri on **.**.****, but did not get the room as mentioned in voucher given by agoda for online booking. Hotel Saluja said that they have an email with my name but not that room which I booked and given in the voucher. For that I harassed and I had to book another room in another guest house for this inconvenience. I again harrassed financially. Agoda is only responsible for this mantal, physical and financial harrasment. So , I want to get my money back that has taken by agoda online. Looking forward to u. Thank u.
