Air Tel - Not getting service from relocation

Hi, Recently I had taken connection from air tel in kandivali west from their representative Mr Ajay ( his cell no is ********** ) last month.
Due to some unavoidable circumstances i had to change the connection from this place to another place. For that i m taking constantly follow up with Mr Ajay since last * week. He said that he will speak to concern person and get back to me for relocation procedure. Just now i again called him for status that time got answer that "I m in the village and my ticket got cancelled etc. etc..Very surprising and shocking answer that customer is calling for relocation after paying almost ***** for * year last month.
Hoping for best response and solution to my problem.
