Ninth Avenue com - Not getting Refund

I placed order with Ninth Avenue for L'Oreal Paris Colour Riche Lipstick Number ***, Beige on *st March. After multiple follow ups with them since my order was not delivered, i asked them to process refund for the same on **th May. On **th May i got an email from their customer support stating that they have initiated the refund and i would get my refund amount in *-** days. However, till date I haven’t got my amount back. I sent them multiple follow up emails asking for my amount in July but they are saying that they cancelled my order on *rd June and initiated refund. They are asking me to follow up for refund with Ccavenue which was I believe the payment gateway for Ninth Avenue. Their phone number mentioned on the website does not exist. And so far I haven’t received my refund.
