I have ordered * t-shirts from bootees.in on **th January ****. They told me that the product will be delivered within * month. But they are postponing the date from one month to another. I have to pay my examination fee, so I have mailed them to cancel my order and refund my money. They've cancelled my order and told I'm going to get the refund within *-** days. It's been * days, so I mailed them again and enquired about refund process now they're saying sorry and simply replying with the same message we are facing technical issues kindly bare with us you will get your refund soon. I have to pay my examination fee and the deadline is approaching. I'm a student please help me to get my money back. Thanks in advance.
