GOA MILES - NOT GETTING REFUND
POORAN filed complaint against GOA MILES on Aug 6, 2025
I HAVE ADD MONEY IN WALLET OF GOA MILES APP ON **/**/**** BUT UNFORTUNATELY COULD NOT BOOK THE TAXI DUE TO THEIR TAXI UNION PROBLEMS BECAUSE THEY DONT ACCEPT REQUEST ON APP, SO I HAVE REFUNDED THE WALLET AMOUNT IN MY ACOOUNT THE SAME DAY, AND REQUESTING THEM TO SEND ME MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED THE MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT EVEN AFTER BACK TO BACK DAILY EMAIL TO GOA MILES APP.
