pantech ai - Not getting refund of course which I purchased

Respected sir,
I purchased the course on full stack web development by pantech.ai on ** March,**** but I couldn't find it much understandable,so I mailed them on the same date that I couldn't continue with their course and request them regarding the refund.They said they will help me but I didn't got any solution,After that I have mailed them *-* times but still I haven't gotten any solution regarding the refund.
