PINE TM - Not Getting refund of Amount that said refund process in 90 days

i Registered with PINE TM and paid amount of Rs **** and Their Sales Executive said that that amount will given on your portal but after creation of id and amount payment i received only ***/- on portal and other payment is given on portal after more transactions but this is totally misguidance and fraud by sales executive and company then i talk to customer care then they said all amount will transfer within ** Days to your account but now so many days are going on till not get any refund so please help me in this regard
