Attic store - Not getting refund for new solid wood glass cabinet delivered

Hi All,
I am going to describe an incident which happened with me on **th September.
I had ordered a solid wood glass cabinet from the Attic store which looks to be a registered seller on Amazon as well as other platforms.
I had placed the order via the website since i was getting a **% off on their sale and chose not to go with Amazon. I had received a damaged product with a broken glass and wood chipped off various ends. Also the box had some visible signs of damage to it.
On contacting the brand , they are willing to give doorstep repair service only while I asked for a replacement since I received a damaged product.
Later , they refused to give a refund as well , which is my right as per the company's listed policy on their website.
It has been more than * days now and I am still stuck with the damaged product lying at my home and can't do anything with it , any help on getting the refund would be greatly appreaciated.
