Drenoindia com - Not getting refund and wrong product delivered

I had ordered basic mi earphone from drenoindia.com and payment option was cash on delivery. When I opened parcel of product wrong, cheaper and local earphone was packed in it. When I requested for refund they suggested that your problem will resolve in * days. But they didn't resolve and refund me. Their executive or partner suggested me that you will get refund but didn't refund me. They were giving exuses of lockdown. But after ending of lockdown they did not refund . They are not responding of my mail also.
