Mivi Duopods - Not getting proper service

Purchased mivi duopods m** from flipkart and one bud is not working. Claim warranty using mivi website and they contacted me back and inform me to send the product for repair and done all according to them. After few days I got the product back and states that the issue got resolved but the issue still persist and again I contacted them and goes through the same procedure and this continues for last couple of months and I send the product * times and still the issue cant resolve and again they said the same thing to send the product.
