Cilory - Not getting my refund

On *th February I have returned their original product to them via their service partner E.Com delivery boy. Now they are refusing to refund my amount and said that they received the none cilory product. I am genuine customer and never did such crime in my life. I did lots of online shopping returning but never did such deed. My brother know I have returned original item to their delivery the delivery boy has checked the same in front of me and took it back after wrapping it in box. Either cilory is lying or their delivery agent. Now it comes to my image I either get refund back or want to FiR on fraud person who is lying.
