Livpure Ro ltd - Not getting Livpure RO service

I am raising complaint to get my Ro water taste as well as there is no light in my RO only display light is not working.I am following up with multiple followup and tickets.even I have reached to their area managers named Mr Badal and .r Aditya but of no use.
