Wendys - Not getting full money refunded

They have so much issue with there platform
*. Frequent order cancellation
*. Delay delivery
*. Not getting or incorrect order
I have not delivered full order and because of this I asked to get the order cancelled and refund my amount as the meal was not eatable without complete order
They are ready to refund my amount
