Athena - Not getting exchange of the the products done even if the stocks and sizes are available

When I ordered a jacket from Myntra of brand Athena on **% discount on the date, exchange was available and which got delivered on **th oct,****. Now when I am not satisfied with the size, and want an exchange, they are showing message 'the size is not serviceable for the address. please select a different address' even when I can see the sizes in stocks available.
