I booked a flight ticket from Bangalore to Raipur from this site. After half n hour i got a call saying my booking has been canceled because of some technical issue. And I’ll get my refund in **-** days. That was **th November **** now its **th December that means it’s been more than a month I haven’t received my refund and when you call on there customer service number either your call gets disconnected and when once in a blue moon when your call is connected they’ll say I’ll get by tomorrow or in this week or next *-* days and so on everytime they excuse, even when you shout at them they don’t say a word. They just keep repeating you’ll surely get your refund and now when i did a research on this company I got to know that this is a fraud company. They create this same scenario with each and every customer and not refunding back. And they’ve even blocked my number and not even responding to my mails
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
