on *rd April i booked a flight form Bhubaneswar to Banglore and which is cancelled by travel look.com stating due to rise fare the booing is cancelled and with in ** working days the will be refunded to your source but till now (**th may) i didnt received the refund amount.
More than ** times i called to the customer care but not any satisfying answer is received they responded saying you will get money with in next ** day i.e upto ** may.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
