This is in regards to (oyo rooms).i am joel gad staying in (hotel Praveen international)OYO *****
Opposite vithalwadi station.i have checked in the hotel on **.*.**** till **.*.****.(booking id YFIS****)i wanted to extend my booking for one more day and i have extended starting from **.*.**** to **.*.****.(booking id UIWS****) after extending my booking.i check my notification .i got through a message stating. (Extend your booking and get flat **% off.code Next**) to know more about the offer i called in to oyo customer care and asked the details on the msg.the executive name (omer)on phone wasn't aware about the offer.when i explained him he say the offer is invalid.the msg i received from oyo was at **th August **** @ **:**.the executive is say its invalid.the conversation has gone little more and i asked him to connect me to the manager he put me on hold and disconnected the call and this happened twice.third time wen i called i have to explain the whole story again and than he transfer the call to a on duty manager (Sanjay kumar pathak).i discussed all happened with me how his executives treated me.i asked the same query to the manager.its seriously so annoying the manger isn't aware about the offers.he denied clearly saying he's not aware about the offer and oyo don't give such updated to them.but again my query was the same.what does the message means.now this guy has a new updated for me that this offer is **% off is on next new booking.i was seriously surprised about his reply.first he's saying there is no such offer.than says its applicable on next new booking.but the message i got from oyo is (EXTEND YOUR STAY AND GET FLAT **% OFF).but still he got the say reply he's not aware about it.the guy who says he's the manager couldn't helped me with my query.i was very disappointed from oyo this kind of staff they have first they dont have telephone etiquettes.none of staff.the first executive (omer)*nd i dont know the name the third was little okay.but the manger was seriously disgusting.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and necessary action will be taken against the executive and the manager and OYO ROOMS.
I will attach the entire conversation recording also the message screen shot.
Hope this complain will go to the oyo and they will call me back with the right answer to my query.
