I had ordered lakme absolute illuminating eyeshadow palette in shade French rose from myntra on August **th which was delivered last Sunday. I was genuinely surprised to receive a tester/not for sale sample instead of the original product. I did not expect Myntra to cheat customers like this. How can they sell a item which is clearly labeled as not for sale. No return policy is available on this product. I have been trying to contact myntra for the last two days. I could not even find a genuine email id to file my complaint.
Plz help.
