Rummy Circle and A23 Rummy app - not fare play totally fraud

Dear Sir, I have played lost much money in rummy circle and A** Rummy apps, bcoz they have not any fare play policy. When I join any tournaments, I think opposite side only plays pro players and they don't given any best cards. Sometimes they give some good cards, but we can only with some points, but after that I have lost all of money of my rummy wallet. I have recorded screen video of some playing scenes, so you can also understand it's fraud policy. I think govt should ban these games, they are fleecing us with a knife of honey. Sir I have also lost much money in these types games. There are many types rummy games and they are all of totally fraud and looting platforms. I think govt must ban and fine to these types cheating apps. I need your help.
