Star Bazaar - Not excepting legal tender and staff misconduct

On **/*/** I had gone to star bazar to purchase sum vegetables worth about *** and at the billing counter I tender */* ** rupees coins to the cashier which he refused to except them I politely asked him to why he was refusing to except them and give me in written that he will not take the coins along with the other currency
He misbehaved with me my age is more the ** yers
I had to seat on the floor of the stare bazar in dharna for more ten * hour but the staff
I have made a complaint on the website and written a complaint int the complaint register but till date they have not responded

Though advertisement of the star is there on the carry bag, still charged. Please do the needful.
