Smart bazar Rajpura Punjab - Not enough staff

I am a regular customer of smart store.. In the beginning all was right but now the customer of this store increased. But in this ratio the employees of the store is not Increased. It remains same. This causes great inconvenience to customers.
Whenever I went to the store I disappointed every time. Some time I didn't bought anything because after consuming time to select the things to buy, again wait for along time to billing.
This shows in the coming time the store losses the customers because the price of the items are approximately same in the market.
